All you need to know about your cookware

Before using, wash the pan with detergent and hot water.

Avoid overheating as this may cause burning and reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.

Never preheat your cookware on high heat.

Do not leave the pan on a hot burner unattended.

Do not store foods with high acidity and salinity in the pan for long periods of time.

For optimal cooking performance, low to medium heat settings are recommended

Always turn on an exhaust fan or open a window when cooking.

TeChef cookware is dishwasher safe, If the dishwasher is carelessly packed, other dishes/utensils may damage the surface of the cookware. Therefore, hand washing is recommended.

We recommend using a non-lemon detergent.

Do NOT use oven cleaner or any cleaner that is harsh or contains chlorine bleach

TeChef cookware features oven-safe handles that can withstand oven temperatures

up to 350 °F / 175 °C for cookware with phenolic (bakelite) handles

up to 450 °F / 230 °C for cookware with stainless steel handles or without handles

up to 450 °F / 230 °C for bakeware.

Simply wash with hot, soapy water after each use. A sponge or dishcloth is usually all it takes to get the surface thoroughly clean.

Do NOT use steel wool. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe to use

Always avoid using knives and cutting food in the pan and wash with hot soapy water after each use. Store carefully to prevent scratching—a hanging pot rack is a safe, convenient way to store pans.
